Terms & Conditions Meter Offer
1. Agreement to Terms
1.1 By purchasing a Meter that offers these conditions from netVendor Pty Ltd you (the “Customer” or “End-User”) acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound in full by these Terms and Conditions as well as netVendor Pty Ltd's Standard Terms and Conditions as found here: Terms & Conditions
1.2 Selection of either the Premium Plan or Lite Plan constitutes acceptance by the Customer/End-User of the features limitations and pricing of the chosen service.
1.3 Customers who select the Lite Plan acknowledge that this option includes limited netVendor Pty Ltd support and agree that this limitation will not be grounds for any complaint dispute or claim of inadequate service.
2. Activation Process
The following process applies to all Veryco Meter purchases:
Step 1 – Purchase the Meter Online
The Customer/End-User purchases the meter(s) via the netVendor Pty Ltd online store at the once-off price of R89.00 (excl. VAT).
Step 2 – Receive Registration Email
After purchase the Customer/End-User will receive an email containing registration instructions and plan selection links.
Step 3 – Choose a Plan
The Customer/End-User selects either:
- Premium Plan – netVendor Pty Ltd manages all collections payments and reporting.
- Lite Plan – The Customer/End-User manages token creation allocations and top-ups directly.
Step 4 – Complete Registration
- The Customer/End-User submits all required details including valid bank account information for debit orders.
- The Customer/End-User completes and signs the debit order mandate.
Step 5 – Meter Shipment and Login Details
Once registration and payment verification are complete netVendor Pty Ltd will ship the meter(s).
Portal login credentials will be sent to the registered email address of the Customer/End-User.
3. Agreement Term
3.1 This agreement is for a fixed term of 24 months from the activation date.
3.2 After the initial term the agreement will continue on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.3 A written notice of one full calendar month is required from the Customer/End-User to cancel the agreement after the initial 24-month period.
4. Cancellation & Early Termination
4.1 Early termination within the 24-month term will result in the immediate payment of the outstanding balance calculated as:
Monthly fee (excl. VAT) × number of meters × remaining months.
4.2 Key change tokens will be charged at R50.00 excl. VAT per meter in the event of early termination.
4.3 Upon cancellation the meter(s) will be deactivated and removed from the system.
5. Payment & Shipping Conditions
5.1 Meters will only be shipped once:
The registration process for the selected plan is complete; and The signed debit order mandate has been received and verified by netVendor Pty Ltd.
5.2 Monthly service fees will be collected via debit order from the registered bank account of the Customer/End-User.
5.3 If a debit order fails all remittance payments will be withheld until the outstanding amount is settled by the Customer/End-User.
5.4 Failed debit orders will not be automatically reprocessed. Manual payment will be required from the Customer/End-User before any remittance is made.
6. Service Plans & Fees
Premium Plan – “We take control so you don’t have to”
Price: R49.00 excl. VAT per meter per month.
netVendor Pty Ltd manages all collections payments and reporting.
5% service fee (excl. VAT) applies to tenant or end-user payments.
Additional charges from certain payment channels may apply.

Multiple payment options for tenants.
Direct access to netVendor Pty Ltd’s full support team.
Lite Plan – “Want full control? No problem”
Price: R39.00 excl. VAT per meter per month includes 5 tokens per meter per month.
Additional tokens may be purchased via EFT top-up.
The Customer/End-User creates and issues tokens manages accounts and handles all tenant queries.
Lite Plan includes limited netVendor Pty Ltd support. By selecting this plan the Customer/End-User accepts this limitation and waives any right to claim inadequate support as grounds for complaint dispute or refund.
7. General Provisions
7.1 All prices exclude VAT.
7.2 By purchasing a Veryco Meter the Customer/End-User confirms full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
7.3 netVendor Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions with prior written notice.
